If want a team of 40,000 then take care of the 40 that you have. You will grow from the inside out. If you can't care for 40 people within your team don't expect it to grown exponentially. Meet your teams needs. How do you do this? Reach out weekly or monthly to touch base. This doesn't mean reach out every week to ask them about Young Living. See how they are doing & see how you can better serve them.
Just be real. There are plenty of amazing oily stories out there and they're easy to find and share. We've all used a product that just didn't work for us, and thats ok, it might work for someone else. Share the products you absolutely love and also share the ones that you don't love.
Reach out to your people regularly so when they hear from you it's not all about Young Living. Ask them questions about how things are going, are they loving their products? Do they want additional educational resources? How are their kids doing? How is their job going? You get the picture .. make yourself easily accessible to your people!
Point them to resources where they can learn to use their oils. Or help them figure out how to dilute their thieves cleaner. You don't need to come up with these resources on your own - just use ours under the "resources" tab if you're a brand partner with Evergreen Gathering Co.
Is there someone you know that's been on the fence about diving in? Share a promotion with them or a sale that is happening. We all want to know when we could be saving money on a product we use or a product that we've been waiting to purchase. Inform your members & keep them in the know of what's going on. Share tips with them monthly about oily products.
