Fantastic! We hate salesy! Remember, this business is more about relationships and less about selling oils. Yes, there’s a financial incentive .. but the end goal is getting these products into peoples homes to change their health.

Let me be the first to tell you: that’s totally false! There’s a place for you here. We are teachers, students, stay-at-home moms, nurses, medical providers, and entrepreneurs of all kinds. One thing we have in common: we all love our oils. Whether you're looking to get some more information, want to dip your toe in the water, or are ready to start building, we are here to answer all of your questions.

In this business, there is no need to be an expert. Learn from me .. I’m a nurse anesthetist and work in an environment where I felt like I had to back everything up with studies and science. Although there are a lot of studies and science to back up these products and oils … what people really want to hear is how they’ve helped you! Oils work differently for everyone so we teach in a way that empowers people to do their own research. No one person has all the answers, but we do have amazing resources to plug into & we will introduce you to those resources.

We make it simple to build a business without reinventing the wheel. How would you tell your friend about a new recipe you tried that’s amazing? Would you tell her how to find it? And what you tweaked to make it your own? Or what about your new hair product that has blown you away? That’s exactly how your share oils! Don’t be pushy.

There is a common misconception that young living is only an oil co. They are, by far, the best oil co. but they also have over 800 other products. Do you love Ningxia red? Thieves cleaning? Build your entire business on getting chemicals out of the home .. you don’t even have to mention oils!

When you sign up a new wholesale member that gets a starter kit, you earn $50. If that friend orders again in month 2 or 3, then you earn 25% commissions on that order. You also earn 10% commissions on anyone that person signs up. So .. sign up 3 people and you just made back your initial investment for the starter kit. No, someone under you can surpass you and make far more money than you do. I have never researched any other MLM company but young living does offer a generous comp plan. With that said, there’s no income cap .. you can make as much money as you’re willing to put in the work for.
