This blend is a combo of Northern Lights Black Spruce, Peppermint, Cedarwood and Orange. Added aloe keeps your hands moisturized and clean all season long.
+ Pine:
We have been using a LOT of Pine, and really all and any tree, essential oils around here. If you hop on the good old DuckDuckGo and plug in some key words, you’ll find some really interesting research on pine needle tea and essential oils, and the compounds they contain. I haven’t dipped into the pine needle tea yet, but I am using all the tree oils I can. (Northern Lights Black Spruce, Idaho Blue Spruce, White Fir, White Light, Idaho Grand Fir, Believe)
We are diffusing them constantly, and I’ve made rollers for the kids to use daily down their spines and feet. I’ve added it to our wellness rollers too! Sometimes we add a lil oregano and copaiba too

Have you ever had such an emotional reaction to something, your chest felt tight. Like something hurt your soul so badly, you couldn't breathe? Yes, me too. Our physical reactions stem from our emotions. RC has such an uplifting smell. And oh my GOSH do I LOVE TO BREATH. Don’t you? I love breathing. A drop of RC on the chest before a workout in the spring when everything is covered with a faith yellow dust is really nice. I add it to my Lemon/Lavender/Peppermint springtime roller too!

This oil blend is one of the most POPULAR from Young Living because it works so well. Immune system power house! Thieves ALL the things! Want to know the trick to my family's wellness? Thieves, people. Diffuse daily. Put on bottoms of the feet! You can even make some Thieves tea (it’s a vitality oil as well) with honey and lemon!! It's great for oral health too! It’s the HEALTHY KEEPER! And there’s a whole line of cleaning and personal care products that use Thieves oil blend. It’s amazing for cleaning - you can add a few drops to a bottle with a capful of Thieves Household Cleaner to power boost the cleaning power. Who loves glowing skin? Spoil yourself with this coveted essential oil in the 15 ml size for FREE and make yourself some Glow Serum. Add 10 drops of Frankincense with 5 drops of any other oil great for your skin (Manuka, Tea Tree, Blue Tansy, Rose or Lavender) to a dropper bottle or roller bottle and top with jojoba oil. Apply to fine lines nightly. This is also an incredible oil for your brain. Frankincense activates the part of your brain that does logical thinking versus emotional thinking.
